2010 Domaine de la Tour du Bief Moulin-à-Vent "Clos de la Tour"
這款產自Domaine de la Tour du Bief 是隸屬於Vincent Girardin旗下,2010年才被收購。因為是在2010年收購,所以同時接收了2009年份的葡萄酒,有趣的是2009的 Moulin-à-Vent "Clos de la Tour"就名列2011 WS百大第54名,看來Vincent Girardin眼光實在不錯。
Vincent Girardin是勃根地有名的酒莊,酒莊設立於Meursault村。Girardin家族的釀酒歷史超過11代,1982年Vincent 只擁有2公頃葡萄園,他父親退休後則繼承了一些葡萄園,到了2011年時已經擁有超過20公頃葡萄園,其大部分位於Côte de Beaune。目前也持續地在購買新的葡萄園,也常利用fermage制度(佃農代耕代採收)來取得葡萄進行釀造。目前Vincent Girardin正努力朝著成為酒莊兼酒商的目標前進,旗下酒款大約八成都銷往海外。
今天這款酒來自薄酒萊(Beaujolais)產區的風車磨坊(Moulin a Vent),在薄酒萊這個產區有十個較好的區域稱作Beaujolais Crus: Brouilly、Cotes de Brouilly、Chenas、Chiroubles、Fleurie、Julienas、Moulin a Vent、Morgon、Regnie和Saint-Amour。一般而言,薄酒萊的酒單寧較低、果味充沛、口感柔順易飲,因此大多較無陳年潛力,但也有優質的薄酒萊可以陳年,例如Morgon和Moulin a Vent的酒較具陳年潛力,酒體相對其他cru還要厚重些,單寧較堅實。在這十個獨立村中Moulin a Vent被譽為"薄酒萊之王",此區土壤以粉紅色花崗岩風化土壤為主,陳年後會接近布根地風格,是相當受到歡迎的Cru。

釀造: 60%去梗,發酵後85%放置在法國大酒桶(foudre),15%陳放在全新勃根地桶(barrels or pièce),共存放11個月. 裝瓶前兩個月會將所有的酒在不鏽鋼桶進行混合,此款酒不使用澄清法(fining),但會根據自然動力法的果日來進行過濾(filtration)。

Deep ruby. Sexy mineral- and spice-accented red and dark berry aromas show excellent clarity. Sweet, penetrating raspberry and bitter cherry flavors are complemented by notes of violet pastille and blood orange. Very perfumed in character the wine has bright red cherry fruits with some weight and structure. There are good tannins and a warm soft aftertaste. The wine could age another year.

If you can get past the barnyard and cow patty scent, there's a lot of raspberry richness in the middle and end of this wine. It's tight and clean in the finish, full and generously spicy. There's dimension to the tannins, and enough structure to stand up to braised tripe.
